For nearly one hundred years, Pin Point was isolated and self-sustained, a Gullah/Geechee enclave founded by first-generation freedmen where life was deeply connected to the water. Today, the factory has been reopened as Pin Point Heritage Museum, celebrating the life, work and history of this Gullah/Geechee community that calls Pin Point home.
General Admission for one adult to Pin Point Heritage Museum. Includes self-guided tour, viewing of documentary "Take Me To The Water", and daily guided tours at select times. This ticket is not valid for special ticketed events and programs. Pin Point Heritage Museum is open weekly on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST, and closed New Year's Day, St Patrick's Day (parade day), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
